In the first floor of our centrally located city house with garden, we rent a stylish and bright 3.5-room apartment with parquet and stucco ceilings. The generous layout (107 m2) allows for plenty of space for 2-3 people. The sunny and large living room is equipped with dining table, Eames lounge chair, fireplace, and balcony, the large bedroom with adjoining bathroom (with bathtub, double washbasin, toilet, level shower, and underfloor heating) has a double bed (180 x 200, single mattresses). A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic stove, oven, steamer, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine offers everything for cooking. The third smaller room has a large double bed (160 / 200). Large corridor, separate toilet with washbasin. A covered balcony with a view of the treetops, two chairs, and a table invites you to relax. Non-smoking apartment.
A garage space nearby is available for rent upon request and availability.
The apartment is wonderfully suitable for business stays and holiday guests. It is centrally located and within walking distance to the Olma exhibition grounds, Kantonsspital, city theater, university, and shopping facilities. The St. Gallen old town is only two bus stops away and can also be reached on foot in a quarter of an hour. The bus and post bus stop "OLMA" is within a short walking distance (2 minutes).

Included in the price: bed and bath linen, WIFI, small interim cleaning with linen change.
Deposit of CHF 500.00 for short rental periods, one month's rent for longer rental periods (from 1 month).
