The room is approx. 16 m² large, bright, quiet and has its own bathroom with shower right next to it, which is only used by you. It is unfurnished and available from September 16, 2025. We also only have the rental agreement from September 12, 2025 and will move and furnish everything this weekend.The apartment is a real highlight: On approx. 150 m² you can expect a modern kitchen, a spacious living room and a huge balcony with a whirlpool, lounge and billiard table. There is also a second, smaller balcony. A washing machine/tumbler is also available directly in the apartment. For movie nights we have our own home cinema.Location:Your new room is centrally located on Bahnhofstrasse in Wetzikon. You can reach Wetzikon train station in a few minutes on foot – from there the S-Bahn lines S5, S14, S15 and S3 will take you directly to Zurich main station in approx. 20 minutes.Shopping facilities such as Denner, Volg or the Rio drinks market are practically around the corner. Restaurants (e.g. Havanna), a pharmacy, butcher's shop and various hairdressers are also easily accessible on foot. Those who love sport and nature will find perfect variety with the Schulhaus Feld indoor swimming pool and the leisure activities around Lake Pfäffikon.About us:We are two brothers – Andre (27) and Lars (24) – and grew up with another brother and three sisters who live in Hinwil and will visit us regularly. We have a close relationship with our family and enjoy having life in the apartment. Six months ago we also adopted our third family member: our cat Vorhang, probably the most lovable cat girl ever.•Andre is a photographer and rents photo booths. There is even a photo booth in our living room – so perfect memories for immediate printing are guaranteed.•Lars is a gardener and caretaker.We are uncomplicated, open and respectful. Everyone has their own space, but we usually cook together, watch a movie or drink a glass of wine.
