Description:
We are looking for a new roommate for our cozy and special shared apartment in Wetzikon. The room is about 14 m², bright, quietly located, and has its own bathroom with shower right next to it, which is only used by you. It is unfurnished and available from 16.09.2025. We also have the rental contract starting from 12.09.2025 and will move in and set everything up that weekend.

The apartment is a real highlight: On about 150 m² you can expect a modern kitchen, a spacious living room, and a huge balcony with a whirlpool, lounge, and billiard table. Additionally, there is a second, smaller balcony. A washing machine/tumbler is also available directly in the apartment. For movie nights, we have our own home cinema.

Your new room is centrally located on Bahnhofstrasse in Wetzikon. You can reach Wetzikon train station in just a few minutes on foot - from there, the S-Bahn lines S5, S14, S15, and S3 will take you directly to Zurich main station in about 20 minutes.

Shopping options like Denner, Volg, or the Rio beverage market are practically around the corner. Restaurants (e.g., Havanna), a pharmacy, butcher, and various hairdressers are also easily accessible on foot. Those who love sports and nature will find perfect variety with the indoor pool at Schulhaus Feld and the recreational opportunities around Lake Pfäffiker.

About us:
We are two brothers - Andre (27) and Lars (24) - and grew up with another brother and three sisters who live in Hinwil and will visit us regularly. We have a close relationship with our family and enjoy having life in the apartment. Half a year ago, we also adopted our third family member: our cat Vorhang, probably the most lovable little cat girl ever.
.Andre is a photographer and rents out photo booths. One photo booth is even in our living room - perfect memories for immediate printing are guaranteed.
.Lars is a gardener and caretaker.

We are uncomplicated, open, and respectful. Everyone has their own space, but we usually cook together, watch a movie, or have a glass of wine. It is important to us that our shared apartment is not just a purpose-driven place, but a home where friendships can develop.
