The Cultural Park is a residential and commercial development in the heart of District 5, focused on community, networking, and sustainability. We are renting a 3.5-room apartment starting from August 1, 2025.

The apartments are rented at lower prices than what is possible and usual on the market. In contrast, we are looking for tenants who share the values of the Hamasil Foundation and actively participate in the community life in the Cultural Park. Only applications from families with at least 1 child and without a car will be considered.
