The 4.5 room apartment is located on the upper floor of the Postillon house in Zeneggen. It offers a kitchen, a bathroom, two larger rooms, one of which can be used as a living room, and two smaller rooms. The large attic also belongs to the apartment, as well as a storage room with a washing machine and space to dry laundry.
Behind the house is the garden, which invites with various seating options and offers space for playing or creating a vegetable garden. Adjacent is a Suone (water channel).
Directly under the house are the garages for the postal buses, as well as a bus stop with regular connections to the valley.
The village of Zeneggen is perched above the Rhone Valley at 1200 meters and offers a primary school from kindergarten to sixth grade and right next to it a village shop with bistro and a restaurant. Even more inviting is nature, with hiking trails, bike trails, water channels, and playgrounds. The active village community also makes it easy to feel at home quickly.
The city of Visp is located down in the valley. It can be reached by car in 15 minutes (local residents claim they can do it in under 10 minutes). Visp also offers everything one could wish for from a small town: shopping opportunities, gastronomy, culture, and services.
The advantage of Zeneggen is clearly the location. In summer, it is not nearly as hot as in the valley floor, and while the village is sun-drenched, it is not as exposed to sunlight as the southern slope of the valley. Furthermore, the valley cut towards Saas and Zermatt offers a magnificent view of the Mischabel group and thus of some of the highest mountains in Switzerland.
