The kitchen is equipped with a glass ceramic stove and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment and leads to a second, smaller balcony. If desired, the already installed washing machine can be taken over from the previous tenant. The bathroom with a window is located between the two bedrooms and includes a bathtub, a toilet, and a sink.
In the basement, there is a private cellar compartment that offers practical space for personal items. A communal laundry room is available for shared use. Additionally, there is a bike cellar where bicycles can be securely parked.
If desired, a parking space can be rented for CHF 40.00.
