A room is available in our cozy 2-person shared apartment starting immediately. Therefore, we are looking for a third roommate.
We wish for a reliable person who wants to stay long-term. Ideally at least a year or longer. Short-term stays (e.g., exchange semester of only 3-6 months) are not what we are looking for.
Rent 1,000 per month
The rent is 900.- including additional costs. The additional costs include water and heating costs. Additionally, there are 100.- for internet and household costs. Since I buy everything for the household (except food and detergent) and pay for the internet and television, the rent is increased to 1,000.-. If you want to buy your own household items or do not need internet/television, this can of course be discussed and adjusted.
About us:
We are sociable people, but we also like to give each other space to be by ourselves. I (28 years old) am the owner and resident of the apartment. Recently, I decided to rent out the two other rooms. Now my roommate and I are looking for a third suitable person who wants to be part of our living community and also gets along with cats or ideally loves cats, as we have 3 outdoor cats.
About the apartment:
The family house at Baselstrasse 95, 4153 Reinach was built in 1922. In 2020, it was converted and extended into 3 apartments. Thus, the apartment offers a nice combination of old and new.

The location is optimal. About 80 m is the Surbaum stop. With tram 11, it takes about 15 minutes to the SBB train station. By car, it takes about 1 minute to the Reinach Nord highway entrance and exit.
200 meters away is a small Coop. The nearest shopping options are in the Mischelicenter Reinach, in Reinach village, or in the Gartenstadt Münchenstein.

Proof of income (e.g., pay slip/s, employment contract, or confirmation from parents if you are still in training)
