From June 1st or by arrangement, I am looking for a subtenant, possibly a weekly resident, who is looking for an apartment for sole use during the week. As an artist/dance, I live in Zurich during the week. At weekends I am occasionally and by arrangement in St. Gallen. The apartment is a spacious 4-room apartment (100 m² in total). One of the rooms is used by me and is not sublet. Co-living rooms on weekends are the living room, kitchen, bathroom and separate WC.
The rent includes (CHF 1'320.- per month):
Heating, electricity, water, janitor, internet/TV.
Excellent location - within 7 to 12 minutes walking distance:
Train station, public transportation, SG University, shopping facilities, post office, city center, BVGer, green areas and local recreation areas with sports facilities.
Facilities
The spacious rooms are well equipped, including TV, Internet (fiber optic), built-in wardrobe, your own washing machine and dryer, dishwasher and large fridge with freezer compartments. The bed, 140x200cm, is equipped with a new BICO mattress.
Description
The recently renovated kitchen has a terrazzo floor, the other living rooms have a beautiful herringbone parquet. The WC is separate, the bathroom is slightly older. The apartment has original double windows, a cellar and a screed compartment and an outside parking space.
A historic tiled stove (no longer in use), an art nouveau-painted ceiling in the living room and high-quality furniture underline the special charm of this apartment. In addition to the balcony, there is a roof terrace for shared use with a view over the rooftops and hills of the city.
Neighborhood with Flair
St. Gallen - St. Leonhard has an urban character with exciting art and cultural locations (KUGL, Kunst Halle SG, Kinok, Lokremise, Tango, dance/fitness studio, etc.), with many old buildings and good restaurants nearby.
I am a non-smoker, friendly and quiet, appreciate a harmonious living environment and value respectful interaction with each other and with the apartment. Pets are not allowed. I maintain an active and healthy lifestyle.
