Verfügbarkeit und Preis
Ab 1. Juni oder nach Vereinbarung suche ich eine Untermieterin, eventuell Wochenaufenthalterin, die eine Wohnung zur alleinigen Nutzung während der Woche sucht. Als Kunstschaffende/Tanz lebe ich während der Woche in Zürich. Am Wochenende bin ich gelegentlich in St. Gallen. Die Wohnung ist eine geräumige 4-Zimmer-Wohnung (insgesamt 100 m²). Eines der Zimmer wird von mir genutzt und wird nicht untervermietet. Die Co-Living Räume am Wochenende sind das Wohnzimmer, die Küche, das Bad und das separate WC.

In der Miete inbegriffen sind (CHF 1'320.- pro Monat):
Heizung, Strom, Wasser, Hauswart, Internet/TV.

Ausgezeichnete Lage - In 7 bis 12 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar sind:
Bahnhof, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, Universität SG, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Post, Stadtzentrum, BVGer, Grünflächen und lokale Erholungsgebiete mit Sportanlagen.

Ausstattung
Die geräumigen Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und verfügen unter anderem über TV, Internet (Glasfaser), Einbauschränke, eine eigene Waschmaschine und Trockner, einen Geschirrspüler und einen großen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfächern. Das Bett, 140x200 cm, ist mit einer neuen BICO-Matratze ausgestattet.

Beschreibung
Die frisch renovierte Küche verfügt über einen Terrazzo-Boden, die anderen Wohnräume über ein schönes Fischgrät-Parkett. Das WC ist separat, das Badezimmer ist etwas älter. Die Wohnung hat originale Doppelfenster, ein Keller- und ein Estrichabteil sowie einen Aussenparkplatz. Ein historischer Kachelofen (nicht mehr in Betrieb), eine Jugendstil-bemalte Decke im Wohnzimmer und hochwertige Möbel unterstreichen den besonderen Charme dieser Wohnung. Zusätzlich zum Balkon gibt es eine Dachterrasse zur gemeinsamen Nutzung mit Blick auf die Dächer und Hügel der Stadt.

Quartier mit Flair
St. Gallen - St. Leonhard hat einen urbanen Charakter mit spannenden Kunst- und Kulturlocations (KUGL, Kunst Halle SG, Kinok, Lokremise, Tango, Tanz-/Fitnessstudio, etc.), mit vielen Altbauten der Jahrhundertwende und guten Restaurants in der Nähe.

Ich bin Nichtraucherin, freundlich und ruhig, schätze ein harmonisches Wohnumfeld und lege Wert auf einen achtsamen Umgang miteinander und mit der Wohnung. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt. Ich pflege einen aktiven und gesunden Lebensstil.

Availability and price
From June 1st or by arrangement, I am looking for a subtenant, possibly a weekly resident, who is looking for an apartment for sole use during the week. As an artist/dance, I live in Zurich during the week. At weekends I am occasionally and by arrangement in St. Gallen. The apartment is a spacious 4-room apartment (100 m² in total). One of the rooms is used by me and is not sublet. Co-living rooms on weekends are the living room, kitchen, bathroom and separate WC.

The rent includes (CHF 1'320.- per month):
Heating, electricity, water, janitor, internet/TV.

Excellent location - within 7 to 12 minutes walking distance:
Train station, public transportation, SG University, shopping facilities, post office, city center, BVGer, green areas and local recreation areas with sports facilities.

Facilities
The spacious rooms are well equipped, including TV, Internet (fiber optic), built-in wardrobe, your own washing machine and dryer, dishwasher and large fridge with freezer compartments. The bed, 140x200cm, is equipped with a new BICO mattress.

Description
The recently renovated kitchen has a terrazzo floor, the other living rooms have a beautiful herringbone parquet. The WC is separate, the bathroom is slightly older. The apartment has original double windows, a cellar and a screed compartment and an outside parking space.
A historic tiled stove (no longer in use), an art nouveau-painted ceiling in the living room and high-quality furniture underline the special charm of this apartment. In addition to the balcony, there is a roof terrace for shared use with a view over the rooftops and hills of the city.

St. Gallen - St. Leonhard has an urban character with exciting art and cultural locations (KUGL, Kunst Halle SG, Kinok, Lokremise, Tango, dance/fitness studio, etc.), with many old buildings and good restaurants nearby.

I am a non-smoker, friendly and quiet, appreciate a harmonious living environment and value respectful interaction with each other and with the apartment. Pets are not allowed. I maintain an active and healthy lifestyle.
