My two spacious, quiet rooms are available for subletting from November 2025 for about 6 months (possibly with an extension to 7-8 months), as I will be traveling for a while. One room could also be occupied 1-2 months earlier. Our villa with a huge garden is located on Brühlberg Winterthur and is right at the edge of the meadow/forest. The location is beautifully green and quiet. The larger room (bedroom) is about 20m2 and the smaller one (office/music room) is about 15m2 with direct access to the lower terrace. There is a bathroom with shower/bathtub. You will share the lower kitchen with another person. Additionally, you are of course allowed to use all common areas, such as the large dining/living room and the fireplace room, and of course the rooftop terrace and the garden as well. We even have an extra room for guests, in case you have visitors. So you have a lot of space. We are currently 7 adults (Moritz, Nicole, Olivia, Julia, Josh, Sam, and Noe aged 31 - 44 years), two children, and a cat. We all work in quite different jobs (gastronomy, nursing, NGO, insurance, PUK, gardening, etc.) and have quite different leisure activities (football, hiking, swimming, climbing, ski tours, video games, etc.) What we all have in common is respectful interaction with each other, tolerance, helpfulness, and openness and willingness to talk about disagreements (which are rare among us). Our living together is close to cluster living, as everyone has a certain area and a bathroom for themselves, but we use the two kitchens together and share common areas. Unfortunately, dogs and more cats are not possible, as I would not be there to get my cat used to a new pet. Can you imagine living with us for a while?
