Heating and hot water are provided by a heat pump with ground probes.

The apartment also includes: a 16 m2 large balcony with lake view, a large attic, a small cellar compartment in the basement, and about 100 m2 garden with seating area, directly below the balcony for sole use and self-cultivation. In the house garage, a parking space for CHF 120.-/month can be rented. There is also space for bicycles, garden furniture, etc. If needed, an outdoor parking space can be rented additionally. The installation of a car charging station would also be possible. Pets by arrangement.
