Conditions:

The share capital (due before the start of the tenancy) amounts to CHF 12,500.-. Financing is also possible with pension funds (pillar 2/3), but at least CHF 5,000 as a cash deposit.

Occupancy regulations: Minimum 3 persons, families with children have priority.

The apartment is located in the "Spiegelacker" settlement in Rikon in the Tösstal valley. Rikon is located about 10 kilometers south of Winterthur in the upper Tösstal valley.

The S-Bahn runs every half hour and you can reach Winterthur in about 15 minutes and Zurich in 45 minutes.

Underground parking spaces can be rented additionally: CHF 129.- per month/space.
