Conditions:
The share capital (due before the start of the rental) is CHF 19,500.-. Financing is also possible with pension funds (2nd/3rd pillar), but at least CHF 5,000 as a cash deposit.
Occupancy regulations: At least 3 people, families with children have priority.
The apartment is located in the "Spiegelacker" settlement in Rikon in the Tösstal. Rikon is about 10 kilometers south of Winterthur in the front Tösstal.
The S-Bahn runs every half hour and you can reach Winterthur in about 15 minutes and Zurich in 45 minutes.
Underground parking spaces can be rented additionally: CHF 129.- per month/piece.

According to the statutes, Gewo aims for partially self-managed settlements. The possible tasks of a housing community are described in the housing community regulations at www.gewo.ch. The interested parties confirm that they are interested in participating in a possible housing community.
