I am subletting my large, centrally located 3.5 room apartment in Neustadt Lucerne starting immediately or by arrangement (including the possibility of extension). The apartment has a large balcony including a grill. I am looking for someone who will take care of my apartment and maintain it. Additionally, a parking space in the underground garage is available if needed.
