Apartment for rent - 8952 Schlieren

Hi, I am David, in my mid-30s, working in the commercial sector and looking for a temporary subtenant for my apartment from October 2025 to December 2025 (3 months). The apartment has 2 1/2 rooms with two bathrooms and a washing tower in the apartment as well as an open kitchen and a large balcony (15m2). A spacious cellar compartment is included. Public transport (train, tram) is reachable in 2-3 minutes. Public transport stop is just around the corner, about 11 minutes by train to Zurich HB. Shopping facilities (Migros, Coop, Denner, Aldi) are in the immediate vicinity. Recreational areas (Limmat and forest area) are easily accessible within a 5-10 minute walking distance. I am looking for an uncomplicated, tidy, quiet person who will take care of the apartment in my absence and is looking for suitable accommodation for a (professional) short stay. Are you interested?
