We are looking to subrent our fully furnished attic flat with cosy terrace. It was recently fully renovated and has a nice new kitchen (induction hob, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher) and bathroom.

We recently added a mezzanine in the main room (it's like an additional room), which we use as an office space.

The apartment is close to Neuaffoltern (61, 62, 32) and Mottliweg (80) bus stops and 15 mins walk to Oerlikon centre.

We're looking for someone who is happy to take care of our plants during their time here 🌱

The rent includes all utilities, WiFi etc. There are shared washing and drying facitilties in the basement of the building, shared with the other 6 apartments. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a building with no elevator.
