I am looking for a new tenant for my studio apartment in Wädenswil starting from 01.10.2025. The apartment is located in a very quiet neighborhood and is only a few minutes' walk from both ZHAWs. There is a beautiful garden around the apartment, which belongs to the landlord, where you are also allowed to stay. Especially from the garden, but also a little from the apartment, you can even see the lake ;). It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the train station, and bus stops are within a 3-5 minute walk.
