The apartments, completed in early July 2023 after renovation in a 6-unit house, offer a beautiful standard of finish with new bathrooms, a new modern kitchen, and beautiful, easy-care vinyl flooring in wood look. The balcony, with its inviting size, offers a fantastic view of the Glarus mountain world, which can also be enjoyed from the living room. All windows have been replaced and the exterior facade has been freshly insulated. In addition, we have installed a photovoltaic system on the roofs. With these renovations, the house is more energy-efficient and sustainable with the district heating of the municipality.
The apartments are located in a very quiet location and are just a few minutes' walk from the train station. Linthal offers a wide range of outdoor activities in the immediate vicinity, as the cogwheel railway to Braunwald is also quickly accessible within walking distance. These apartments are also ideal as holiday apartments. The village has grocery stores and several restaurants.
A parking space can be rented for CHF 60.00 per month.
