The location is ideal, right next to the Manegg train station and with line S4 you can quickly reach Sihlcity or the main train station. Nearby is the Allmend, the Sihl, and it is not far to the lake.
Please send me your application documents with ID, residence permit, debt collection register extract, employment contract, and the last payslip. I will then suggest you to the landlord.
The rent has been increased by more than 20% compared to the previous tenant, so there is a procedure at the conciliation office and the rent can still be adjusted.
