I am looking for a subtenant. Two people are also welcome, but the price of the additional costs will increase.

Condition: my large wardrobe must be taken over for the price of CHF 300 - see picture.

My couch is also available for CHF 100.

The apartment is very bright and has the following features:

Built-in wardrobe at the entrance, reaching up to the ceiling - with three doors.

Very well-maintained kitchen with marble countertop, dishwasher and separate freezer with 2.5 drawers.

The bathroom with white tiles has a bathtub that can also be used for showering. There is a large mirror cabinet. Very well maintained and cared for.

The apartment consists of three rooms and each room has a window front that can be completely darkened with blinds. However, the bathroom is without a window.

Balcony with sun awning available.

With a beautiful view of the Taembrig, the "house mountain" - a true place of power with a great view of the sunsets.

Underfloor heating

Parquet in the bedroom and living room. Entrance, kitchen and bathroom have anthracite tiles.

Washing machine and dryer are available in the communal area and everyone has to register for use.

Cellar compartment belongs to the apartment and bicycle storage room.

I rented the apartment without a garage. However, there would be one to rent in the existing underground garage if available.
As of April 16th, there are no parking spaces available to rent.

Coop and bus are within a 4-minute walk. Uster train station can be reached in under 20 minutes.

Animals: Animals are not rejected. There are already dogs in the house and I think house cats are also tolerated. This simply has to be checked with the administration, because, for example, not every breed of dog is accepted.

The apartment looks smaller in the pictures than it actually is. I don't know the exact size, but it's certainly 52m².
