I am looking for a subtenant for my beautiful 3-room apartment (4th floor) in Uster.
I am looking for someone from June 30, 2025, but I can also move forward a few weeks (even until May 30, if the administration agrees).
Highlights: The apartment is equipped with a dishwasher and a glass-ceramic hob, and has a cellar and an attic compartment. There is a balcony facing southwest and sunny in the afternoon/evening. Unfortunately, there is no elevator, but the stairs are wide, not too steep and are illuminated by a beautiful skylight on the top floor.
Location: Very central. The apartment is located in a quiet area, less than 10 minutes walk from Uster train station (15 minutes to Zurich Stadelhofen). Volg, Migros, Denner, Aldi and Coop as well as the post office are just a few minutes walk away.
Parking: There are several parking possibilities nearby, which can be rented separately. There are offers for renting outdoor parking spaces, underground parking, box... this must however be discussed directly with the administration, as it is not currently included in my contract. There are many parking spaces with parking disc in the surrounding streets. In front of the Zeughausareal next door you will find many (paid) parking spaces.
