Apartment for rent - 8606 Nänikon

Our beautiful 3.5 room apartment in Nänikon will be available in July.The rustic beams give it a special ambience. The large rooms (bedroom, children's room and the gallery) are equipped with cherry wood parquet. All rooms have high ceilings, which makes them seem even larger.

Generally, the apartment is high-quality equipped. The kitchen has 4 large windows that let in a lot of daylight. The wok stove gives the kitchen its own unique charm and we have cooked many delicious meals in it. Besides an oven, the kitchen also features a steamer.

The balcony faces west and we have been able to enjoy many beautiful sunsets.

In the garden there is a private seating area as well as a large communal garden with a swing, trampoline and sandbox. This place is a nice meeting place with the friendly neighbours.

There is plenty of storage space both in the garden and in the apartment. A cellar; an attic and two small storage rooms.

There is also the possibility to rent an underground parking space (150CHF) and there are visitor parking spaces in front of the house.
