We are renting a spacious 3.5-room apartment with direct garden access starting September 1, 2025, or by arrangement. The apartment is equipped as follows:
Kitchen with ceramic glass stove, dishwasher, large refrigerator, and space for a dining table. Behind the kitchen is a large storage room that can serve as a pantry. A new vinyl floor with tile imitation will be laid.
Bathroom on the upper floor with bathtub, shower, and balcony. A new vinyl floor with tile imitation will be laid.
Separate WC on the lower floor. A new vinyl floor with tile imitation will be laid.
Large living room with red clinker floor and a beautiful stove.
Entrance area with clinker floor, storage closet in the basement, and built-in closets on the upper floor.
Two lockable bedrooms with new vinyl flooring in parquet look. The bedroom on the right also has a balcony.
Beautiful terrace in the green garden. The garden is shared by all 3 parties in the house.
A garage is included in the rental price.
The entire apartment will be freshly painted. Additionally, the clinker floor will be refreshed, and all other floors in the apartment will be replaced (rooms = vinyl floor with parquet imitation / bathroom, kitchen, storage = vinyl floor with tile imitation). Various kitchen appliances and sanitary fixtures will also be replaced.
