As we are moving out of our beautiful apartment, we are looking for a new tenant for our 3.5-room attic apartment on Wülfingerstrasse in Winterthur starting from 1.1.26 (optional mid-December).

The apartment is very centrally located – the main train station Winterthur is reachable in a few minutes on foot, and shopping facilities, restaurants, and parks are also very close by. Despite the central location, it is pleasantly quiet in the apartment.
