The apartment is located on the ground floor and is fully furnished - perfect for a transitional solution or a temporary stay.
In just a few minutes' walk, you can reach the S-Bahn station with a quick connection to Konstanz and Zurich.
There is also a private parking space right in front of the house.
The apartment includes a private terrace and a beautiful large communal garden where you can wonderfully relax from everyday life.

Since I will be abroad for a few months, I am looking for a quiet, reliable, and tidy person or couple for subletting.
