I work part-time as a social educator and study alongside. The apartment I have to offer is located on the 5th floor of a family-friendly settlement, is very spacious and bright. It has two bathrooms, two equally sized rooms of 14.2 m² each, and a large room of 18.8 m² with large windows. I would like to swap the apartment, if possible according to my criteria.
