Apartment for rent - 8052 Zürich

I am renting my 2-room apartment (approx. 46 m²) in Seebach for a sublet, as I will be traveling for three months (July - early October). The apartment is bright, newly renovated, and located on the 2nd floor with a balcony. It is currently only partially furnished (bed, sofa, table available), as I have only recently moved in. If desired, I can gladly store some existing furniture in the basement to make room for your own furniture.

I am looking for a tidy, quiet person who does not smoke and treats the apartment with respect. Only one person is allowed, pets are unfortunately not permitted.
