Hi all! I'm looking for someone to rent my apartment as I'm going on holidays. It's a cozy apartment in Höngg few minutes walk from Werdinsel and the bus and tram stops of 46/80/13 as well as the coop Frankental. I'm renting it with reduced price cuz I'm looking for someone who is willing to feed my cat who will stay in the apartment while I'm away.
The apartment has all the necessary amenities such as oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, high speed internet fully equipped kitchen etc. Washing machine and tumbler are shared and located in the basement floor (no money required and no wash plan).
