About the apartment:
You would share a cozy 2.5-room apartment with me. Your future room is about 17 m² and has direct access to our sunny balcony, which we share. Right under the balcony, a beautiful ornamental cherry tree blooms in spring – a lovely place for quiet moments with tea, a book, or deep conversations. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a well-kept, quiet settlement in Seebach with plenty of greenery around.
Our home may be a bit older, but it is full of charm.
You will take over the main rental contract, and thus the sublease and the main responsibility. A deposit of 3000.- CHF is to be paid to the management at the start of the rental.

About me: I am 26 years old, currently training as a coach and will soon start my Master's in sustainable innovation. Tea evenings, deep conversations, and trips to nature are just as much a part of life for me as a good board game in the evening or a dance night at TQ.
I do not wish for a purpose-driven shared apartment – but a real little home feeling, where we can support and enrich each other.
