We would like to exchange our modern 3.5-room apartment directly at Oerlikon train station for a more child-friendly apartment.

The apartment offers amenities such as an elevator, a washing tower, and a steamer. There is also the possibility to rent a garage. It is very bright and has a spacious balcony that faces the afternoon sun. Shopping facilities are available directly in the building. :)

We are reluctant to move out as we really like the apartment. However, the location is not ideal with a three-year-old child, which is why we are looking for a quieter environment within the city of Zurich.
