Renting is very uncomplicated and also allows for your own renovation work and DIY projects. There are two cats in the house, pets should not be a problem. I recently moved to Zurich and see this as a transitional solution, as the apartment is actually too large for me as an individual. Therefore, there are currently not so many photos where the apartment is "fully furnished". In the long term, I am looking for a smaller apartment (ideally 2 rooms) at a similar rent, maybe a bit more modern, where I can comfortably settle in.
