The building is built on the slope, the apartment is on the ground floor, but significantly above the street. Large private garden with a view of the city and partial lake view, water and electricity connection in the garden. Large open kitchen-living room (induction stove, microwave, steamer, dishwasher ...). Bathroom and separate toilet, connections for a private washing tower are available in the bathroom. A garage space in the underground garage must be rented for 180 CHF/month. Elevator from street level (barrier-free access). Laundry room (washing machine/tumbler) and drying room with Secomat as well as a separate large bike room for shared use. I am looking for a somewhat cheaper 3-room apartment, preferably also with a terrace or garden and preferably in district 10 or 6 for a maximum of about 2300,- (including utilities). Alternatively, I could also imagine an apartment on the outskirts or close to the city in green areas. In this case, I would be happy to receive only swap offers with a garden.
