Currently, we live in a renovated old apartment (kitchen and bathroom have been renovated) with beautiful wooden floors and a double door between the living and dining room. Currently, we use the dining room as an office, which is not ideal in the long term. The balcony is very large (over 15 sqm) and faces south with a view up to the Alps. The apartment is absolutely quiet between beautiful private gardens and is only a 5-minute walk to the 13 tram and bus lines 80, 89, 304. The house also has a garden that can be used. The neighborhood (a total of 4 parties) is very uncomplicated and there are 2 other children living in the house. The house is privately owned and we know the owners personally. We are looking for: 4-5 rooms, of which 3 separate rooms that can be used as a bedroom, children's room, and office. The living space should be at least 100 sqm and there should be 2 toilets. We are open to different districts in Zurich or also Dübendorf, Birmensdorf, Urdorf, Oberengstringen... An important factor would be a good connection to the S-Bahn.
