You can also rent a small cellar or a heated room that can only be accessed from the garden. It is a family-friendly neighborhood and only a few minutes walk from Meierhofplatz as well as Werdinsel. We love this apartment, it is an absolute jewel. Unfortunately, it has become too small for us, so we are looking for something larger. It is a 4 room but can also become 4.5 :-)
