Looking for a new tenant starting July 21

We are looking for a new tenant for our beautiful and cozy apartment in Rütihof (Höngg) starting July 21.

A special highlight of the apartment is the spacious bathroom with a large corner bathtub – a true feel-good feature! In addition, the apartment has three garden seating areas, making it a small green oasis.

Since we cannot take certain items with us, we are looking for someone who is willing to take over the following items:

1. Metal plant trough (privacy screen at the garden area in front of the kitchen) – CHF 2500.–
2. Garden shed including various tools, garden hoses, etc. – CHF 400.–
   Total: CHF 2900.–

If you can take over the apartment on July 21 and are willing to take over the items mentioned above, we look forward to receiving an application letter from you.
