Apartment for rent - 8046 Zürich

Please consider this is a TEMPORARY LEASE from 1. - 30. June. If you are interested let me know the why in a few sentences. Everything else will not be replied!

I am renting out my furnished 3-room apartment in Zurich Affoltern for the month of June (1st - 30th). Moving in +/- 2 days earlier/later is possible. It is located near the Zehntenhausplatz, where everything is easily accessible by bus: ETH (bus 70), Oerlikon train station (bus 61/62), city of Zurich (bus 32). The Oerlikon train station can be reached by bike in 10-15 minutes and the Affoltern train station is a 5-minute walk away.

The apartment has everything you need for 1-2 people. The apartment has a sweet balcony, which invites you to linger.
Important: One room (not on the pictures) will be empty, so only 2 rooms are furnished.
Washing machine and dryer are to be shared in the cellar.
Internet and TV connection/reception is unfortunately not available, this would have to be organized by yourself. However, a TV with apps is available.

The rent is 1100.- + 250.- cleaning costs (which is a bargain in Zurich).
