Wohnung zu vermieten - 8046 Zürich

Ich vermiete meine möbilierte 3 Zimmer Wohnung in Zürich Affoltern für den Monat Juni (1. - 30.). Einzug allenfalls +/- 2 Tage früher/später möglich. Sie liegt nahe dem Zehntenhausplatz, wo alles per Bus gut erreichbar ist: ETH (Bus 70), Bahnhof Oerlikon (Bus 61/62), Stadt Zürich (Bus 32). Der Bahnhof Oerlikon ist mit dem Fahrrad in 10-15 Minuten erreichbar und der Bahnhof Affoltern ist 5 Minuten Fussdistanz.

Die Wohnung hat alles was es braucht für 1-2 Personen. Die Wohnung hat einen süssen Balkon, der zum Verweilen einlädt.
Wichtig: Ein Zimmer (nicht auf den Fotos) wird leer sein, also es sind nur 2 Zimmer möbiliert.
Waschmaschine und Trockner sind zum Teilen im Keller.
Internet und Fernsehanschluss/Empfang hat es leider nicht, das müsste selber organisiert werden. Ein Fernseher mit Apps ist aber vorhanden.

Die Miete beträgt 1100.- + 250.- Reinigungskosten (Was ein Schnäppchen in Zürich ist).

I am renting out my furnished 3-room apartment in Zurich Affoltern for the month of June (1st - 30th). Moving in +/- 2 days earlier/later is possible. It is located near the Zehntenhausplatz, where everything is easily accessible by bus: ETH (bus 70), Oerlikon train station (bus 61/62), city of Zurich (bus 32). The Oerlikon train station can be reached by bike in 10-15 minutes and the Affoltern train station is a 5-minute walk away.

The apartment has everything you need for 1-2 people.
Important: One room (not on the pictures) will be empty, so only 2 rooms are furnished.
Washing machine can be shared in the cellar.
Internet and TV connection/reception is unfortunately not available, this would have to be organized by yourself. However, a TV with apps is available.

The rent is 1100.- + 250.- cleaning costs (which is a bargain in Zurich)
