Per 1. September (+/- ein paar Tage) suchen wir Nachmieterinnen für eine 2.5-Zimmer-Wohnung in Wiedikon (zwischen Manesseplatz und Bahnhof Binz). Neben mehreren Bahnhöfen sind Naherholungsgebiete wie Kollerwiese oder Sihl(hölzli) alle in ein paar Minuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss an einer ruhigen Strasse und verfügt sowohl über Blickschutz als auch reichlich Lichteinfall. Es besteht aus einem grossen Wohnzimmer mit hoher Decke, einem eher kleinen Schlafzimmer sowie kleiner Küche und Bad. Es gibt Zugang zu einer gemütlichen Dachterrasse, welcher mit netten Hausbewohnerinnen geteilt wird. Waschmaschine und Trockner im Keller.

Es gibt zwei Besichtigungstermine: Mittwoch, 13. August um 18 Uhr und Donnerstag, 14. August um 18 Uhr. Bitte melde dich via Formular an. Beachte bitte, dass das monatliche Haushaltseinkommen (brutto) mindestens der dreifachen Monatsmiete entsprechen muss und bestätige in deiner Nachricht kurz, dass das der Fall ist. (Darüber hinaus werden wir nicht nach Einkommenshöhe diskriminieren.) Wir werden den Termin und die genaue Adresse nur einer bestimmten Anzahl Personen bestätigen, sodass bei einer allfälligen Bewerbung eine signifikante Chance auf den Zuschlag besteht.

As of September 1 (+/- a few days' flexibility) we are looking for a new tenant for our 2.5-room apartment in Wiedikon (between Manesseplatz and Binz station). Besides several train stations, local recreational areas such as Kollerwiese or Sihl(hölzli) can be reached within a few minutes' walk. The apartment is located on the ground floor, but the view from outside is protected and there is plenty of light entering the apartment. It consists of a spacious living room with a high ceiling, a relatively small bedroom as well as a small kitchen and a bathroom. You would have access to a rooftop terrace, which is shared with other parties in the building. Washer/dryer is in the basement.

We offer two viewings: on Wednesday, 13 August at 6pm as well as Thursday, 14 August at 6pm. Please register by filling in the form. Note that it is a requirement that the gross household income is at least three times the monthly rent and confirm that this is the case for you in your message.
