(Provider ID: 311193) I am exchanging my cozy 3.5-room apartment in district 3, directly by Binz train station, for a cheaper and smaller apartment in the city of Zurich.About the apartment:– 3.5 rooms plus large "entrance hall"– very bright, 3-sided exposure– quiet location– raised ground floor, but more like the first floor– unfortunately no balcony– dishwasher– the apartment was slightly renovated before I moved in, generally good conditionWhat I am looking for:– a cheaper apartment– ideally 2.5 rooms or a spacious 1.5 rooms– up to 1600 CHF, but preferably in the range of 1200 CHF I am the main tenant, together with my roommate. We would then suggest a change of main tenant.I am flexible in terms of timing, but ideally April 2025.
