The apartment is modern and bright, and the neighborhood is very good with many families in a beautiful Zurich residential area. Kindergarten and nursery directly next to the house. Shopping facilities as well as public transport connections are also in the immediate vicinity. I have been living in the apartment since 2012 and only reluctantly give it up because my long-term roommate is moving out and I am looking for something smaller.
