Room in shared apartment (approx. 14 m²) with private bathroom in a large, bright 4.5-room apartment in Leimbach, Zurich 🏡 From 01.09.2025, I am renting out a bright, unfurnished room of approx. 14 m² with a large window front and parquet floor in my 4.5-room apartment in Leimbach. Your room includes a small hallway with a private bathroom with a bathtub. Whether you allow my cats access is up to you. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with an elevator. You have access to a large, open kitchen with a dishwasher, a cozy living room with a dining table, a balcony, and a laundry room with a dryer in the apartment. Internet and TV connection are included in the rent. The additional costs (including heating, etc.) are partially included in the rent. An annual additional payment may apply. A third room in the apartment can be used as an additional common room, e.g. as a home office, creative room, or crafting corner. My cats are often found there too. However, I do not wish for a person who works from home five days a week. By train, you can reach Zurich main station in about 10 minutes. The apartment offers beautiful views of the nearby recreational area Sihl, ideal for cycling or barbecuing by the river. Shopping options like Coop are about 5 minutes away, Migros about 10 minutes. I am 31 years old, work as a restaurant manager (Mon-Fri), and usually have weekends off. During the week, I like to be at home in the evenings and spend time with my cats (Jericho and Haku), enjoy playing games together 🎲 or chatting comfortably. On weekends, I like to enjoy a glass of wine 🍷 or meet for a beer in the city. In summer, I enjoy swimming in the lake. I am in a partnership, and my partner will occasionally visit. I am looking for an open, respectful, and queer-friendly roommate who values harmonious living together. Diversity and mutual respect are a matter of course for me and are part of the lived community. Order and cleanliness are very important to me, but I am not fanatical. It is important to me that we get along well, even if you are often away (e.g. due to shift work or traveling). It would be nice if we could meet at the dining table from time to time or also receive individual guests.
