Furnished apartment for rent - 8038 Zürich

From September 1st I am going to sublet my room in a 3.5 apartment in Wollishofen. The room is about 18 sqm, and the entire apartment is about 85 sqm. The common areas come fully furnished and the basic house appliances are available. The apartment has:

• two bedrooms;
• one bathroom with a bathtub and one toilet with a washing machine and a tumbler;
• a large living room with a modern kitchen, equipped with a large sofa, a huge TV with a TV bench, a dining table and two drawers;
• there is also a cellar to be shared.

The main tenant is a 29 years old Italian man.

The room comes unfurnished, but you can purchase the furniture from me (which I would prefer) at a reasonable price. It includes a wardrobe, a bed, a bedside table, a desk, a gaming chair, and a TV bench. All the furniture, besides the bedside table, was purchased from Ikea on February 2023.

We are looking for people who will undertake an indefinite sublet contract, or at the very least 1 year. No short-term contracts are possible. Leave notice can be given with a 1 month anticipation.

The additional costs related to internet, electricity, water and Serafe, which are about 70 CHF per month, are to be split with the main tenant.

Parking space can also be rented from the main agency (subject to availability).

The lake is at 3 minutes walking distance, and Aldi, Coop and Migros are also within a 10 minutes walking-distance radius.
