This is a swap offer. (Provider ID: 236178) My friend and I have been living in this beautiful and bright apartment for over 10 years. It impresses with the spacious bathroom and the great kitchen. In addition, there are balconies on both sides and the built-in wardrobes offer plenty of storage space. We have never felt cramped in this apartment, even as a couple, and have always enjoyed the proximity to the Limmat in summer. For singles, but also couples on a tight budget, the apartment is truly a dream. Two years ago, we completely repainted it at our own expense (everything white). We have never smoked and have made a great effort to keep the apartment in good condition. The apartment includes a cellar and attic compartment as well as a shared laundry room (without a washing plan). The courtyard is very quiet, yet you are just a 3-minute walk from the lively and trendy Röschibachplatz. The neighbors here are also very friendly and quiet. By bus, you can reach the main station in 5 minutes. Since we are expecting a child in spring 2025, we are looking for an apartment with an additional room, so at least 3 rooms. We are looking for something in districts 1, 2, 6, 7, or 8. Municipalities like Zollikon or Küsnacht would also be interesting for us. We love city life but also enjoy the peace and quality of a well-kept neighborhood.
