This is a swap offer. (Provider ID: 308835) My apartment is centrally located (the tram stops for lines 3 and 8 are a 5-minute walk away). Lake Zurich is a 20-minute walk away. The apartment is very quiet and faces the courtyard. The living/dining room is large and offers plenty of space, with a separate bedroom and a separate kitchen. In addition, the apartment has a built-in closet in the entrance area (see photo). It is ideal for a single person or a couple. I am simply looking for a new apartment in another part of the city. I live alone, have no pets, and am a non-smoker.
