This is a swap offer. (Provider ID: 122955) We offer for exchange an absolute old building bijou in Seefeld. Just around the corner from the Monocle Café and 200 meters from the lake. The apartment is in the former attic and therefore has a room height of about 4 meters. There is a fully enclosed room and a room that has a small opening between two wooden beams (could easily be closed/modified). Furthermore, the apartment offers a wet room with bathtub, a large kitchen with washing machine/dryer and old built-in cupboards, a fireplace, a balcony next to the living room, as well as its own roof terrace (entire roof of the property, approx. 50 m2). In front of the house, there are blue zones for parking. We have a disabled girl and are therefore looking for a larger apartment that is more or less barrier-free. Smaller obstacles like small stairs, etc. can be circumvented by installing aids like stair lifts, etc. It is important to us that we have a large balcony or preferably a terrace or a garden. And that there is a large bathroom with shower or bathroom available. We need enough space to easily get into the bathroom with the wheelchair/therapy chair.
