We offer our great, very bright, and super located 3-room apartment for exchange. The apartment has a window front in the living/kitchen area and a balcony around the whole apartment. It is equipped with a washing machine/tumbler and is rather quiet despite the proximity to Schaffhauserplatz. (You can hear trams and cars, but it is not disturbing, for those who like urban living.) The apartment is in a perfect sun location all year round and therefore very bright. Plants grow quickly and tomatoes grow great in summer.

In the lower floors, there are doctors and offices, and on the top floor, there is another apartment with a super nice family.

In a few minutes, you can reach the train station, Limmatplatz, or nature by tram.

We love our apartment, it is really very nice and for the location and this equipment, a bargain in Zurich. However, we do not really need the extra room and therefore want to move to an equally sized apartment with one room less, but a larger living area. The price of the apartment should be the same.
