The furnishing include sofas, tables, chairs, lamps, wardrobes, curtains, carpets, bed, mattress, balcony furniture and more. The apartment also comes with a big fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, steamer, washing machine and dryer.

Cellar
The apartment has a private, dry cellar compartment.

Parking lot
In addition to the parking spaces in the blue zone, a private parking space in the inner courtyard can be rented from the property management if required.

The flat is located in district 6 on the Zürichberg. 15 minutes walk to the central station station, 10 minutes walk to the Letten at the Limmat, 4 supermarkets, 2 pharmacies, etc. within 5 minutes, good bus and tram connections, direct tram connection to the airport.
