01.06.2025 - 30.11.2025 (3-6 Monate möglich)

Die Einrichtung beinhaltet Sofas, Tische, Stühle, Lampen, Schränke, Gardinen, Teppiche, Bett, Matratze, Balkonmöbel und mehr. Die Wohnung verfügt desweiteren auch über einen grossen Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Geschirrspüler, Ofen, Steamer, Waschmaschine und Trockner.

Keller
Die Wohnung verfügt über ein privates, trockenes Kellerabteil.

Parkplatz
Neben den Parkplätzen in der blauen Zone kann bei Bedarf ein privater Parkplatz im Innenhof von der Hausverwaltung angemietet werden.

Due to a temporary stay outside of Zurich, we are looking for subtenants for our beautiful, beloved 2.5 room apartment in Kreis 6.

Time frame
01.06.2025 - 30.11.2025 (3-6 months)

Furnishing
The furnishing include sofas, tables, chairs, lamps, wardrobes, curtains, carpets, bed, mattress, balcony furniture and more. The apartment also comes with a big fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, steamer, washing machine and dryer.

Cellar
The apartment has a private, dry cellar compartment.

Parking lot
In addition to the parking spaces in the blue zone, a private parking space in the inner courtyard can be rented from the property management if required.
