The apartment is ideal for a 2-person shared flat or a couple, with super nice neighbors next door on the same floor and a quiet courtyard. The apartment is very cozy and in a great location. We are looking for a larger and/or cheaper apartment, as we are expecting a second child, preferably also a bit more in the green. We enjoy living in this apartment, but it is not suitable for children and is slowly becoming too small for us.
