since my apartment is a bit small for home office and living, I am looking for a 3/3.5 room apartment, preferably in district 3 or 4, around Lochergut. Everything in Zurich towards Oerlikon would also be possible, but with direct tram connection.
In return, I offer my gem with two balconies, beautiful wooden floor, very quiet & lovely neighbors. The apartment is about 50sqm, with an interior bathroom and kitchen with a small seating area and access to the balcony in the courtyard. Kitchen and bathroom are original retro but still in good shape and well maintained. Lochergut offers shopping opportunities, pharmacy, bars, and tram, everything you need.

The exchange apartment must have a balcony, be bright and higher than ground floor/raised ground floor, preferably with a lift and somewhat newer standard, dog allowed, price up to a maximum of 2400.
