It is wonderfully centrally located and still mega quiet, it has a daylight bathroom with bathtub, a separate small kitchen with new stove (but without dishwasher), two rooms (11m2+14m2), a living room (15m2) and a small balcony facing the street. The neighbors are nice, washing machine and dryer for shared use (uncomplicated) and a cellar compartment. Kitchen, bathroom, and hallway have a linoleum floor (gray), all other rooms have beautiful parquet flooring, and there is also a small built-in wardrobe. Cats are allowed. I have been living here for almost two years, but I notice that I hardly use one room, so I would like to move to a 2.5 room apartment.
